About Dr. Bisotti

Anthony Bisotti, OD is currently the Chief of Optometry for Frankfort Eye Center. He is a 2010 graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, IN.
After receiving his Doctor of Optometry, he completed an Optometric Residency in Ocular Diseases with the University of Kentucky Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Bisotti has a serious interest in treating ocular surface disease (dry eyes), and has devoted many hours to studying the topic. He is experienced in using light-based therapies, such as IPL and LLLT, and has been working on an AI-assisted clinical decision support application to help treat dry eye disease. Beyond eye care, he is a long-time Kentucky native who grew up in Maysville, KY and graduated from Mason County High School. He then attended Transylvania University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Dr. Bisotti is a member of Southland Christian Church. He has been a long-time board member, and current Chairman, for Mission Journeys - a Christian service organization based out of Lexington, KY. In his free time, he enjoys running the roads and trails of beautiful central Kentucky, and spending time with his family. |
