About Dr. Bisotti

Anthony Bisotti, OD is currently the Chief of Optometry for Frankfort Eye Center. He is a 2010 graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, IN. 

After receiving his Doctor of Optometry, he completed an Optometric Residency in Ocular Diseases with the University of Kentucky Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. 

Dr. Bisotti began studying light-based therapy in 2019 at the American Academy of Optometry meeting. His interest was both professional and personal - as he sought a treatment for his own ocular rosacea. After experiencing amazing results from being treated with IPL and LLLT in 2021, he became committed to sharing these treatments with his patients and friends. A Clear Vision PLLC was founded to offer them access to the latest technology in IPL and LLLT.

Beyond eyecare, he is a long-time Kentucky native who grew up in Maysville, KY and graduated from Mason County High School. He then attended Transylvania University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology.

Dr. Bisotti is a member of Southland Christian Church. He has been a long-time board member, and current Chairman, for Mission Journeys - a Christian service organization based out of Lexington, KY.

In his free time, he enjoys running the roads and trails of beautiful central Kentucky, and spending time with his family.
